About this project
Our team was out in the neighborhood when we met this Alpharetta homeowner, and the inspection told us this roof was ready for a fresh start. We explained every step up front, so there were no surprises.
We tarped the yard and landscaping, checked the decking, rolled out new synthetic underlayment and installed a new Owens Corning Duration roof in Onyx Black. We've finished 4 more roofs within a quarter mile of this home. Completed in April 2026.
