About this project
This Alpharetta roof started with a knock on the door. Our inspection found storm damage, and we showed the homeowner every detail before anything else happened.
We tarped the yard and landscaping, tore the old roof down to the decking, rolled out new synthetic underlayment and installed a new CertainTeed Landmark roof in Charcoal Black, plus new gutters. We've finished 10 more roofs within a quarter mile of this home. Completed in June 2026.
